Summary

Kndrd Inc. (”Kndrd”) provides Services through a mobile application designed to help users connect in person. By accessing or using Kndrd, you agree and are legally bound to the following Terms and Conditions. We review accounts and messages for breaches and violations of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy through automated systems and moderators. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the App and our Services for any violations. Please read carefully.

Code of Conduct

Kndrd is an app to foster connection, create community, and share fun experiences with others. In order to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment of our Services, we enforce a code of conduct that governs our community. Any infringement of these guidelines are grounds for expulsion and we reserve the right to deny access to the App and the Services.

Age: You must eighteen (18) years or older to access or use the App and the Services.
Profile Content: All images on your profile must be of you, or include you. Nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually vulgar content or images are prohibited. Your profile content must be an authentic representation of you and may not impersonate or act on the behalf of anyone but you. You cannot access another person’s Account or share your account with any other person.
Safety: We have zero tolerance for violence, graphic content, or harassment of any kind. Any content that encourages unlawful, illegal, or dangerous behavior is basis for immediate expulsion. Should you encounter anyone, online or in person, who breaches the code of conduct, poses an imminent threat or danger to you or any other members of the community, immediately contact authorities. Then, please report them and we will have them ban from the App and our Services.
Lawfulness: You must agree to behave lawfully and responsibly on Kndrd. You must not act in any unlawful or unprofessional manner.
Kindness & Respect: Bullying and abusive conduct will not be tolerated. Hate and discrimination of any kind – race/ethnicity, sex, gender identity, disability, religion, or other – is strictly prohibited.
Fun: We encourage fun and expect that by following these community guidelines we’ll be able to have lots of it!

The safety, security, and enjoyment of our community is of utmost importance to us. If you come across anyone who does not abide by the Code of Conduct, you can report or complain by contacting us directly.

Using Kndrd

By using Kndrd, you agree to use our Services in compliance with our Terms of Service. You will not use or assist others in using our Services in ways that violate or infringe the rights of Kndrd, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.

You will not behave impermissibly online or in person with any members of the community and understand that doing so will revoke your rights to access the App and its Services. Under no circumstances may you cause harm to Kndrd or its users. This includes, but is not limited to accessing, using, distributing, transferring, or exploiting our Services in unauthorized manners; causing physical, mental, or emotional distress, harm, or violence.

You understand that Kndrd does not provide access to emergency service providers. While we do our best to ensure your safety and security, your use of the App and the Services are at your own will and Kndrd will not be held liable or responsible. In the case of an emergency, make sure to contact the appropriate public safety organizations such as the police, fire department, or hospital.
